Shipping Policy
Currently, RubyRuth ships only to addresses in the United States.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Most home decor products take 1 to 2 weeks to create. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few weeks or more. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sales taxes apply only to California residents.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s). Delivery time will be 3 -7 business days from shipment date. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
