If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 1 day without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 1 day from the date on which you ordered the goods on RubyRuth.co.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will then cancel your order and issue a refund.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Please note there are no refunds for personalized, engraved products in good condition.
In order for products to be eligible for a return, RubyRuth has a 14 day return policy from shipment date.
If any products arrive damaged or missing due to carrier's fault, RubyRuth will issue a refund or an exchange. Again, it is 14 days to respond from shipment date.
For cancellation, returns or exchanges, email to RubyRuthLLC@gmail.com and include following:

Include your RubyRuth order email with order number
Once we receive your email, RubyRuth will honor your request provided that cancellation and returns criteria are met.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to us. For returns and exchanges, RubyRuth will send an additional email with instructions with the return address.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment used for your order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
